Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made to SetuDesk are non-refundable, except in cases explicitly mentioned below.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made in error (duplicate transaction)
  • Service was not activated due to our fault
3. Non-Refundable Cases
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial usage of services
  • Violation of terms leading to suspension
  • Third-party failures (e.g., WhatsApp downtime)
4. Refund Process
  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of payment
  • Email support with transaction details
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
5. Wallet / Credits
  • Messaging credits once purchased are non-refundable
  • Unused credits may expire as per plan terms
