Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All payments made to SetuDesk are non-refundable, except in cases explicitly mentioned below.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Payment was made in error (duplicate transaction)
- Service was not activated due to our fault
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial usage of services
- Violation of terms leading to suspension
- Third-party failures (e.g., WhatsApp downtime)
4. Refund Process
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of payment
- Email support with transaction details
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
5. Wallet / Credits
- Messaging credits once purchased are non-refundable
- Unused credits may expire as per plan terms
